Your care team includes experienced nurse practitioners, physicians, and care coordinators with specialized training in reproductive health and fertility care. They work together to provide personalized guidance, answer your questions, and help coordinate next steps—so you feel supported throughout your care.

Getting lab work done may be part of your care plan. Please note that the cost of labs is not included with the cost of the visit and will be run through your insurance.

We’ll refer you to a lab that may be in-network with your insurance and help you navigate the process. You can also check your coverage by calling the member services number on your insurance card.

The cost depends on your insurance plan. We accept most commercial insurance plans but do not participate with Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, or managed Medicaid plans. All services are HSA/FSA eligible.

No—these virtual reproductive and fertility services are designed to complement, not replace, your in-person care.

We know that some care will require in-person support. You should continue your established relationship with your primary care provider, OB/GYN, and other specialists. Frame will also keep your doctor in the loop and be able to see what care and testing you have completed previously with them. It’s a seamless experience throughout.

Yes, Frame can provide prescriptions for birth control and ovulation induction to your preferred pharmacy.

Yes. We provide counseling and guidance, and can help connect you with an in-person provider if needed.
